Abstract
This week's Peace Mail covers the transfer of JEP´s Statutory Law debate from Congress to the Constitutional Court; the discord between the GoC and the JEP related to the upcoming IAHCR hearing; the launch of an investigation to clarify the murder of former FARC combatant Dimar Torres; and the attempted assassination of four Afro-descendant social leaders in Cauca.
