This week's Peace Mail covers the EU´s announcement that it will donate 7.7 million euros to support the Integrated System of Truth, Justice, Reparation and Non-Repetition; the briefing of the Head of the UN Verification Mission to the UN Security Council; the assassination of a one-year-old child in La Guajira, son of a former FARC combatant advancing his reincorporation process; the unilateral ceasefire announced by ELN during Holy Week; and the murder of Aquileo Mecheche, a social leader and teacher from Chocó.
