Abstract

This week's Peace Mail covers the Attorney General's report to the JEP detailing FARC finances and assassinations of social leaders during the armed conflict; the video message from Iván Márquez in which he questions Government committment to the Peace Accord; continuing assassinations of social leaders and human rights defenders and calls for more coordinated Government security responses; and an ELN attack against petroleum infrastructure in Arauca and Norte de Santander.
