Abstract

The Truth Commission announced they will have national coverage; the set of laws which will govern the JEP were approved in Congress; the Attorney General presented the results of his investigation into the appropriation of peace funds; the peace negotiations between the GOC and the ELN are set to resume in Havana, Cuba; and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights is called on to help protect social leaders and human rights defenders.
