Abstract

Presidential candidate Ivan Duque says he will make changes to the legal framework of the Peace Accord if elected, and proposes the combination of all six high courts into one "super-court;" peace negotiations between the GOC and ELN continue with an evaluation of the cease fire which ended on 9 January; military actions continue, and three Ecuadorian journalists are kidnapped in the border region.
