Abstract

The GOC has three months to get important legislation for the implementation of the Peace Accord with the FARC through Congress; the GOC and ELN set the roadmap for the 5th Round of talks in Quito; and a UN High Commissioner for Human Rights report expresses extreme concern over the increase in assassinations and attacks against social leaders.
