Abstract

This week, the Constitutional Court approved the Special Jurisdiction for Peace's (JEP) Statutory Law; the JEP requested protections for assets handed over by the FARC for victims' reparation; information on 20 extrajudicial executions committed by members of the Public Forces was delivered to the JEP; FARC deserters and dissidents are reported to be active in 57 municipalities; the Kroc Institute delivered its second report on the implementation of the Peace Accord; and the GOC called for guarantees for the lives of 9 people kidnapped by the ELN at the beginning of the month.
