Abstract

The Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP) officially opened its doors to the public on 15 March, while peace negotiations with the ELN resumed in Quito the same day. The director of the World Food Programme called Venezuelan displacement a humanitarian disaster and called for urgent assistance.
