Abstract

On December 7th, the MM&V published a press release with their findings to date. On December 9th, the MM&V released another statement regarding the November 12th confrontation between the FARC and the GOC, the first break in the ceasefire agreement that demanded the attention of the Mechanism. Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos receives Nobel Prize in Oslo. Constitutional Court continues deliberating validity of Congressional approval of peace accords.
