Abstract

In response to the issuing of CONPES 3931 in July 2018, in which the Government of Colombia (GOC) outlines its new reintegration/reincorporation policy, we begin this 2-part Spotlight with a detailed look at the international and national experiences of Disarmament, Demobilization, and Reintegration (DDR) which have informed the new policy.
