Abstract

This week's Peace Mail covers the call for FARC leadership to appear before the JEP for kidnappings committed during the armed conflict; the FARC denouncement of military operations over Miravalle ETCR in Caquetá; a surge in attacks against social leaders and the delivery of the "Defend Life" report to the Truth Commission; and the issuing of a law for illegal armed groups, including the Clan del Golfo, to access the normal justice system.
