Abstract

The Peace Mail this weeks covers the decision by Congress to delay the study of the procedural laws meant to guide the implementation of the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP); the planned closure of selected Territorial Training and Reincorporation Spaces (ETCR); the win of Centro Democrático party candidate Iván Duque in the second round of presidential elections; and the closing of the fifth round of talks between the Government of Colombia and the ELN guerrilla group.
